
You are no longer the walking, talking disaster that was getting drunk every opportunity you got, feeling down, depressive, overwhelmed, emotional and without any purpose. You have moved from that dark place. You no longer blame everyone, feel guilt, regret and blame towards your self and others. Well done. You left that life. You recognised that was not for you. That was not you. You knew you needed the change. It was inevitable. You were afraid and still took that last breath of courage and strength and made a step towards change. You went through the lonely times, when no one understood you and you felt you were the only person in the world. You went through the elimination time – and removed chunk of people that was not good for you. You stopped looking back to past relationships trying to make them something they were not, and agreed that, that was not the way forward. Looking backwards will not bring you going forward. You went through the starting time, finding what your purpose is, and you found it. Congratulations! Thats what you wanted! You even signed up to bunch of things that took you out of the comfort zone, and you felt shift. You worked on yourself, you started healing journey, and can see the difference. But today, yet through all of these breakthrough and achievements, you still feel little under the weather not quite yourself, and little stuck how to go on.
Ok, today you are not yet the shining image of success either. So what?
Take a deep breath. Take a day off from worries. Remember that got you in trouble the first place?! Stop trying to control everything. And surrender yourself to this day, to this lifetime, to this experience.

Keep forgetting things that don’t work for you, and keep remembering that you create your reality.
Trust it will work out, and what ever is not going your way today, believe, it is for greater good. You been hustling too much, and perhaps it start to be familiar feeling that you were trying to get away from. Frustration, stress, running like a headless chicken… Take a deep breath.
You got it. Just keep going, remind yourself, that it might take time. You are learning, improving, perfecting each day. Even if you get better 1 percent every day, it will make huge difference in year time. And if you are getting stuck, maybe just take it as a sign of redirection.
You are doing great. Keep going!
Connect to your heart, to your instinct. Find answers in quiet moments, in meditations. And if the goal you were trying to achieve changed, and it got you a little confused, relax. It is because you have changed. Trust your journey. Keep doing what feels right.
