What’s hypnosis?

It is designed to identify and address the root cause of emotional, behavioral, or physical challenges quickly and effectively through interactive practices during the session.
First you enter a relaxed, focused state of mind which allows access to the subconscious. After we uncover limiting beliefs, past experiences, or unresolved emotions through regreassion, that are influencing your current patterns. Once the root cause is identified, these beliefs are reframed, and empowering suggestions are given to create lasting change.
RTT is often faster than traditional therapy because it goes directly to the subconscious mind, allowing profound transformation in just a few sessions. It can help with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, confidence, self-esteem, habits, addictions, fears, and more.
